Verification before deposits
Before using any deposit method, you must complete account verification from the Preferences area. Provide your full name, ID number, date of birth, physical address, and email.

- Open the login page and select “Forgot your password?” below Login.
- Enter the email linked to your account and complete the captcha code.
- Use the recovery link sent to your inbox, then set and confirm a new password.
For mobile sign up, you can use our mobile site or Android app sources like Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery. Note that we don’t currently have an iOS app for completing mobile registration, though the site is optimized for mobile devices.
